Pressing
On their own, layers of wood aren't strong, but when pressed together they become stronger. there are a few applications that we would recommend it for, if you need us to run this process, we have the machinery for it
Edging
In order to increase durability and provide the perception that the material is solid or more expensive, edge banding is used to cover the exposed sides of materials like plywood, particle board, or MDF. In place of edge banding, face frames or molding are frequently used. Various materials, such as PVC, ABS, acrylic, melamine, wood, or wood veneer, can be used to create edge banding. This process can be used by you to get a slick look within a tight budget.
Trimming
There are 4 basic types of woodcuts: plain sawn which most millers prefer this cut as it gives wide planks with minimal waste, rift sawn which fine artisans prefer for its aesthetic and consistent grain pattern., live sawn is often free of knots and possible cracks, and quarter sawn that it's great for veneer work since the grain will always be parallel to the surface.
Milling
CNC machines can cut wood with end mills and router bits effortlessly. we can provide fine pieces of a wide variety of shapes, whether you are looking to create ornaments, or pieces of furniture, milling through CNC is a very easy and effective process that we can use to do your project.
Gluing
Wood glue is used to join pieces of wood together and has several uses, including the construction of furniture and cabinets. We use wood glue for long-lasting bonding of wooden connections made up exclusively of wooden pieces with a medium to large bonding surface and when a strong bond is necessary. We will use different kinds of specialty glue if one of the components is not made of wood.

Finishing
Staining, bleaching, or a variety of other processes can be used to alter the color of the wood. It is possible to apply a really nice finishing once the wood surface has been cleaned and colored.
